I stopped here as a halfway point while driving South and it was a good experience. Easy check-in, everyone was very friendly, no hidden fees. The room was clean and the bed was actually incredibly comfortable - probably one of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve had in a long time. Breakfast was bacon, sausage, waffles, yogurt, cereal, baked goods ect with coffee and juices. Good to get you started. I would definitely stay here again if passing through.

For the purposes of keeping it concise this hotel was outdated and dirty. The bathrooms had mold in it and the morning I woke up to leave I found a bed bug. When i told the worker I wanted to speak to the manager he gave me the card and said he wasn't there. I sent an email about wanting a refund the same guy calls me saying I don't like telling people I am the owner. Offers me 100.00 and then essentially tells me that nobody complained about the mold and bed bug until I arrived. I told him no and emailed corporate. This guy does not care about his property or those who come to get a room. Save your money

So we arrived late. Almost 11 pm. We get into the room. It appears decent. Go to sleep, and around 430 am, I wake because I feel something crawling on me. Yep, it's a roach. I didn't know it at the time. I just felt it and grabbed and flung. Then hubby asked what was up? I flipped light on, and he picked it up. We were so grossed out but tried to sleep some more as we had another 9 hours to drive. 5am doors slamming. 5:10 doors slamming, 5:30 truck doors slamming. 5:47 am more trucks loudly starting and slamming doors. We got up and left. Front desk, upon seeing the picture of roach. Oh, that must have come in when you arrived. Um, no, we didn't bring in roaches. Needless to say, we have searched our belongings to make sure we didn't bring any of that with us. Be forewarned. They don't care either. So, if you wake up to roaches crawling on you, it's your fault. Will not be back, especially with the front desk, not even an apology or anything.

Public restroom had no soap to wash hands.. dispenser broken...no towels...back of commode broken, and hole in wall.
Breakfast was worse ever. At 8 am, no sausages, no fruit, no muffins, no yogurt, 6 slices of white bread, 3 pieces cinnamon bread, only raisin bran cereal and a few spoonfuls of fruit loops, eggs were thick and pasted together like thick oatmeal cause they'd been sitting there for 2 hours with noone stirring or adding liquid. Had to ask for bowls. According to staff those that arrive at 6 eat most of food and apparently it is never refilled or looked at till cleanup time at 9.
Beds were clean, in morning was going to make coffee but there was no coffee cups.
Would not stay again even though location was perfect

Tried to explain to the manager here That a mistake must have been made, I didn't make a reservation for this establishment. I've never been to Dillon SC before. But my card was charged for over $100 for a room I never stayed in. Their only response was "We'll look into it." Never was refunded my money. I was in a totally different city checked into another quality inn at the said time. There should have been some way for the two hotels of the same chain to compare notes. I'll just take the loss and let OD and KARMA have this one.

Friendly and clean. The receptionist was so sweet and made sure we had everything we needed like tooth brushes and toothpaste etc. Me and my family had a great stay.

Best hotel breakfast. Was quiet. Stayed on a Saturday night. Staff was friendly. Breakfast options were very surprising. Had a lot of stuff.

Lots to say about this one! Sign outside said new rooms LOL I guess just not new mattresses!! Stayed in Room 126. Room was cleaned ok. Bed is AWFUL! Hard as a rock! Only difference between the bed and the floor is the bed had sheets on it! NOISY motel! People pounding on doors all night long! Not somewhere to stay if rest is what you’re looking for! Shower had no pressure at all but water was hot! HUGE ROACHES in room! The only thing this motel has going for it is the breakfast! They offer a lot more than most Quality Inn’s for breakfast but that’s hardly worth $100 per night!
