I went to the airport at 8 o'clock. I had extra bags and a cat. They told me that the box I was putting in my cat was not suitable for getting on the plane. I went to change it twice until they agreed. My flight was from Miami International Airport to Cairo, and the takeoff was at 10:45. I fixed the issue with my cat and then they left. There is another problem, which is the bags. They say that all the bags are heavy and must be paid for, plus my extra bags. I paid $1060 just for the bags. They took the bags and gave me the board. Now I was going to the inspection and stamping of the passports. They came to the stamping of the passports again He said to me, “You have an extra bag, you can’t take it on the plane I told them, “Okay, I will leave it here at the airport,” but they let me go because my plane won’t leave me. They told me, “No, you can’t leave your bag at the airport and walk I told them, “My brother is coming to take it I went out and gave my brother the bag. It didn’t even take five minutes. Then they told me, “The plane is gone How come I own the board and they take my bags there was still time for the plane There was the woman searching the passports who threw my cat’s bag. I told her, “You did that She said, “Yes, I did And my cat was inside , and they made me miss the planeThey said we will return the bags. They returned them looking like this were all broken and I don't how to do the refund for the bags nobody answer me calls emails everything doesn't work with them the worst airlines ever and the the staff is so rude and have no shame if the tickets is Free I will not fly with them again in all my life .

I was scammed by Turkish Airlines after they canceled my business class flight from Istanbul to Miami. Despite over 10 emails and calls, they only offered a voucher of €700, which I couldn't even use after 2 months of trying. Horrible customer service—they scam you instead of helping! This company is a disgrace, and I will never fly with them again. You risk canceled flights, no support, and no compensation. Avoid at all costs!

They were no help at all and on top of that, they caused a lot of problems. All customers complain about this airline, and the staff are complete idiots. They wasted 30 minutes of my time and took $80 over half a pound. I will never use Turkish Airlines again, and I will complain about you everywhere

Apparently still closed for covid in November of 2023. They don’t answer phones, emails, and there is no way to contact them. According to the policy of the Turkish government and the airline, I am to be issued a refund. However, they make this impossible by telling you to go to the Miami office, which has been completely abandoned. I traveled 6 hours to get to this office and this is what I’m greeted with.

Is this lounge always “full”? The woman or should I say, “bouncer” at the door turned away every single person with Priority Pass. But what gets me, is that she stated that this lounge was full for 4 hours straight. Really!? That’s immensely hard to believe. What she also was unaware of, was that we had a friend inside already and he told us that it was in no way “full” or seemed overly filled to be a concern. Seems to me that this lounge is purposely not allowing Priority Pass holders in, or they just see us as scum…who knows, but is is very suspicious as to why she would turn every person away with Priority Pass and tell each person to “come back in 3 hours”, to which she still stated it wasn’t available to us. I’m not sure if Priority Pass has an agreement with them or not, but I would deeply consider eliminating it, as our kind just isn’t welcomed there

We took Turkish Airline from Miami to Istanbul and onward to Karachi. The young man Mr. Ikker Granados, who helped us, was awesome. He was very professional, polite, and helpful and went out of his way to accommodate us with our seat request. Thank you very much, Mr. Grandads.
