Unknowingly booked using this third party. Our flight was canclled from mexico to the states. The airline company would not provide a refund because it was booked through them. Tried to contact them while in mexico and never received replies back. Once I got back to the states they tried to push the refund off on the travel insurance. Still have not been refunded for this cancelation (which is illegal by the department of transportation). It's been 2 months later and I've tried to dispute the transaction via my credit card company to which they are STILL not giving me a refund. Making multiple calls today to which they put me on hold or tell me someone will call me back and noone does. This company needs to be prosecuted for failure to adhere to US department of transportation regulations. I will continue to post and file complaints until I receive my refund back and now will never book using a third party again. And on top of not receiving my refund I had to pay a ridiculous amount on my flight back because noone at the company was there to assist me in rebooking with the company.

I booked a trip to Los Cabos back in January directly with the resort which unknowingly utilized ReservHotel as it's travel agency. We even took the extra step to get travel insurance. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to make this trip. When trying to cancel I was told that I would not get my money back for my flight. Instead they offered me a "credit" for a flight through Aeromexico that would expire in January of the next year. Upon calling Aeromexico, I found out that this credit doesn't exist. The travel agency created an "open ticket" which allows them to keep your money without actually getting a credit that can be used to negotiate flights with the airline. Finally, even if I wanted to use this "open ticket" they only book flights to Mexico This allows the Travel Agency to trap your money without actually providing you a service. You are better off booking directly with the airline than ever using this place. As many reviews have already stated, these guys are crooks.

This company provides the worst customer service and would not recommend anyone to use them. When we booked our vacation package through the hotel, unfortunately we did not know that they would be using this company as a third party. The horrible customer service we received was unacceptable. The fact that it's nearly impossible to get a hold of someone and then when you do get a hold of someone (Carlos) they give you the run around and nothing gets resolved is absolutely horrendous. We booked a vacation and unfortunately had an emergency, we reached out to this company to see if it was possible to make modifications to our reservation (and even told them we can give them proof of the emergency). They gave us the runaround, and we never heard back from anyone and were left stranded in our destination country. The fact that no one got back to us to let us know what our options were is unacceptable. This company turned what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation into a stressful situation. If I could provide zero stars to this company, I would. I wish partnering hotels knew who they were using, as they really put a damper on planned vacations with amazing resorts.

I have been trying to change my trip dates since February 14th, I have called and emailed no less than 7 times. I have been consistently ignored or promised a call back (that never came) by everyone at your company. Angel promised us a date change on December 28th. Carlos promised me he would look into it and call me back on February 14th. I never received a call back. Juliana Pinto finally responded asking what I needed, but never followed up. That was over a week ago. My reservation is B330650 and I insist on a phone call since you all have consistently failed to communicate with me. I am trying to rebook my trip but your horrible communication and service is making it impossible. I am sick of being polite and shown my business does not matter to your company. I will continue to post reviews until I get the help I was promised rebooking my trip.

Booked a trip to Cancun Mexico and then canceled within 12 hours due to erroneous issues on their end. Upon canceling that same day I WAS CHARGED OVER $4,900 FOR A TRIP THAT I CANCELED AND NEVER TOOK! They did not answer my calls or return my calls after numerous voicemails and emails. THIS IS A FRAUDULENT AGENCY, DO NOT USE AND KEEP YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY OUT OF THEIR HANDS! Would give 0 stars if I could.

They will not refund my money for a flight that was canceled due to covid and are telling me that my credit has expired. According to the airline and their GDS Manager, I have 3 more months to use it. Crooks! I will never ever use them again and I suggest that everyone else listen to the reviews.

Overcharged on my package for Bonito Pacifica and my account says that I still have a balance of almost $500. Cannot get a hold oft them by any means necessary and Pueblo Bonito can't help me. Calling my credit card company - BOOK YOUR HOTEL AND FLIGHTS SEPARTELY YOURSELF AND DIRECTLY THROUGH THOSE VENDORS STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS

This agency is a SCAM!! Save your money, use any other travel agency in the U.S. They are an absolute embarrassment of a business. They are impossible to get in contact with. Im trying to get a simple airline refund and they dont call back, dont email back, and are clueless to their industry. Will never use again.
