Wir sind von Los Angeles nach San Francisco mit JetBlue geflogen. Alles war super und zu unsrer Zufriedenheit. Der online Check in hat super funktioniert. Auch Gepäck Zubuchung ging reibungslos. Der Flieger war pünktlich, das Personal super. Die Beinfreiheit ist für große Menschen super und viel besser als in anderen Fliegern. Wir waren überrascht und begeistert und würden jederzeit wieder mit JetBlue fliegen.

JetBlue was my airline to fly me back to JFK and I wasn't sure which airline use the same terminal. My flight was delayed and if you fly low cost, you will suffer the most, lol. There was unclear announcement for how JetBlue wanted to do with overbook and check in bag. Nobody seems to want to check in their bag even they offer free check in because the plane was fully book and won't have enough space to put a small bag or luggage above the head. I still don't know their problem why they wait too long to boarding a passenger.

During the flight, it wasn't good service either, so will they improve the service?

Great and easy to travel with. Watch which pricing you go with as a slightly higher price offers so many more perks. Staff is always nice. Planes are clean. Take your snacks or meals. Limited but decent variety to choose from on board.

4am 12/9/24. If you get a woman named Stephanie at check in, just head to the back of the line. Your day will be 100x better for it and somehow you'll also save time. I'd like to think she was just having an off day, but she was so disgusting in her demeanor and countenance that I find it hard to believe. She thinks she's better than her coworkers because she's on the mosaic counter but unfortunately her brain has no processing skills so she willfully Ignored everything being told to her (mainly that I had initially booked mosaic and there was a printing issue when I switched off it)

Two stars because of the wonder who is Lance. Incredible to see an Angel working behind the same counter as the Devil

TRISHA, with brown hair and blue eyes, checking bags front desk crew, was rude today. She raised her voice at me when I insisted that I didn't want to check my bag because I had a fragil jar inside. My carry-on is basic and fits in every airplane, including every time I have traveled in this airline for so many years. My luggage length and depth are required by all airlines.
I believe that so many big corporations go bankrupt due to bad customer service to the customers. I have many other options to fly to Miami and LA. I have never had such a bad experience with a Jet Blue crew member. Trisha not only raised her voice at me, but she talked to me in a very personal way, inappropriate, and unprofessional.
I will write a letter to Jet Blue Corporation, escalate, and address as necessary.

They helped us with a wheelchair for my wife. Also, helped us with checking in. The plane was wonderful. There were guide rails set into the upper baggage compartments. The leg room was extra length. I thought I paid extra for it, but the flight attendant said the orange seats were the ones that had the extra leg room. The seats were very comfortable and didn't hurt the legs at the end part of the seat. We did have a problem with built in entertainment screen. The flight had free wifi and snacks throughout the flight. You do pay for everything else, pillows, blankets headsets and food. The turkey sandwich for $13 was wonderful with lots of turkey and a good size for my wife and me to share. Overall, I was very impressed by JetBlue!

? much better than Spirit, where they cram you in like sardines, with no leg room and their seats are dreadfully awful, because they don't even "RECLINE ' so after a long flight, you arrive at your destination with an awfully painful backache and I'm only 5'9". ?
Imagine someone who is 6'5", like my baby cousin, he perhaps, would be paralyzed for a few days.

Spirit, which Jet Blue purchased, absolutely sucks big time or flight time ?

JetBlue never lets me down. The staff and crew are always chill and sincere, the seats are roomy and their gate in Terminal 5 at LAX is a dream to navigate. I was able to get on a flight to Vegas from there with only two hours out for under 70 dollars. Plus their inflight content is dope and the system and screen are really user friendly. I get no blues flying JetBlue!
