Vor und nach unserem Segeltörn in der Karibik haben wir je 4 Tage an diesem herrlichen Ort verbracht. Ein perfekter Start und Abschluss unseres Urlaubs. Sehr persönliche Bewirtung durch Manon und ihre Angestellten. Stilvolle Ausstattung der ganzen Anlage und vor allem der Zimmer. Frühstück auf der persönlichen Veranda! Im Fall der Suite mit eigenem Pool einfach königlich. Sehr zu empfehlen für frisch und seit langem Verliebte. Die offene Dusche hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört. Dafür ist die gross! Wir würden gerne wieder kommen.

das gilt für die Lage der Lodge etwas erhöht ,die wunderbare Aussicht auf Pinel Island und das phantastische Service ,welches keine Wünsche offen lässt. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, die Küche vollständig eingerichtet und das Frühstück ,das ins Zimmer gebracht wird ,ist mit Liebe zubereitet . Die Besitzerfamilie betreibt auch das gut besuchte Restaurant auf Pinel Island ,das man mit dem hauseigenen Bootservice in 5 Minuten erreicht. auch dort perfekter Service und feines Essen. ||Ein verstecktes Juwel ,das Karibuni Lodge

My husband and I stayed at Karibuni from July 15-20,2024. Karibuni is a quintessential boutique hotel. Concierge Elliot was so welcoming and informative. Elliot gave us a great introduction to the property, our room, local restaurants, and taxi contacts. Elliot provided us with an electrical converter (which we forgot). We thought Elliot was joking when he told us how good Sylvanna’s coffee was but he wasn’t kidding!! Housekeeper Sylvanna made the best coffee, arranged for our transfer to Pinel Island (pictured), brought us towels and a beautiful and plentiful breakfast (also pictured) each morning at our desired time. We stayed in room 2. The room was incredible. We loved the small kitchen which was so functional, the fancy L’Occitane bath products, and super comfy bed. We spent time on our deck reading, and we enjoyed swimming in our pool that was almost exclusively ours during our stay. Pinel island was so much calmer than Orient bay and so beautiful to relax and swim there. I really can’t put into words how great our stay was. We had such a relaxing and beautiful time. We highly recommend!!

Our American group of 10 stayed at the Baltazar Villa at Karibuni for a week in June 2024. We made frequent use of the private pool, the large patio with gorgeous views, and cooked a few meals in the kitchen. Pinel Island is a short boat ride or kayak away, and the service at the beach there was excellent, as was the service of Jules, Yolande, and the Karibuni team. It was great to have a washing machine on the property given the length of our stay. We rented cars to get around and parking on the property was very easy and convenient. All in all, it was an excellent trip and we were very sad to depart.

This was such a comfortable and pleasant hotel stay for us. We stayed here at the start of our anniversary trip because we wanted a more secluded environment. The hotel was wonderful but the staff were even more so. We did not want for anything-between the breakfast on request on our private terrace-freshly baked pastries, the freshest fruit and yogurt and delicious coffee and fresh juices—and boat trips over to Pinel island—it was perfect. The food at Pinel was top notch. The beach was our favorite because of the clear and calm water. We did find we needed to rent a car for the week to avoid overspending on taxis-well worth the cost, as we explored both sides of the island and left no stone unturned! I would highly recommend this hotel without a doubt!

If you have any hesitation about visiting this beautiful property, please do yourself a favor and go!||Booking|Unfortunately due to personal circumstances out of our control, we had to move our reservation back a week. We notified the property about a week prior to our arrival and Elliot and Karl were very understanding, empathetic and accommodating. We were able to work out logistics and even had the opportunity to enjoy both of their beautiful suites during our stay.||Arrival|Elliot arranged for us to access our suite when we arrived. This was much appreciated as we arrived when the office was closed. We were able to get settled and start to enjoy a relaxing vacation. The suite was immaculately clean and very spacious. Elliot also welcomed us with a delicious cocktail and got us up to speed with all of the amenities.||Service|Both Elliot and Karl were very responsive with any requests and recommendations. Sylvanna is absolutely lovely and brought our delicious breakfast every morning. The bread piping hot and I will always remember those croissants! Sylvanna also kept our room meticulous during our entire stay.||Shuttle to Pinel and Karibuni Restaurant|The suite comes with a shuttle to Pinel that leaves either 9:30 or 11:00 am. The Karibuni team that captains the shuttle were absolutely awesome. As soon as you arrive at Pinel you are greeted with reserved umbrella and chairs in the best location on the beach. The beach services with Esteban and team were very responsive and the drinks were excellent. The food at Karibuni is absolutely delicious. The lobster was the best Caribbean lobster that we ever had. Other items on the menu such as the fish and chips and ribs were awesome.||Overall|We can’t wait to visit St. Maarten and Karibuni again. Honestly, it will be difficult to plan a trip to the island without staying at Karibuni. For us, staying somewhere else is not an option. Thank you Elliot, Karl, Sylvanna and Manon!

The most gorgeous spot. The view is spectacular. So quiet. The incredible private beach on the amazing island you can see from your balcony. Great food. Amazing service. They really took care of us. We felt like royalty. Highly recommend this to anyone!
