Avión Frankfurt-Orlando con 10 horas de viaje. Retraso en la apertura de puertas y embarque.
Asientos incomodísimos en clase turista, un verdadero sufrimiento.
Nos han dado comida y merienda, eso bastante bien aunque todos sabemos que tipo de alimentos se dan en los aviones
Personal muy agradable. Le doy 3 estrellas.

What's the point offering online check-in if you can't just come in and drop your bags? The entire point of online is to save time not repeat the process again at the airport. Not a very pleasant experience to wait in line an hour when you expected not to wait on arrival. In Germany you check-in at the kiosk then go tag and drop your bag in America you just get to do the same thing twice with no reward to using technology available.

I went from Orlando to Frankfurt on Lufthansa and it was not a bad airline the staff was nice but the seats in economy were not the best though
