This review is for my flight from Los Angeles, LAX, to Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. (Trip Los Angeles, California to Berlin, Germany). I booked my flight with delta; they made a few revisions to my flight before my departure. When I got to LAX, I discovered that my flight was now with KML Royal Dutch Airlines; The first time I heard about this airline, no, I hadn't been living under a rock. I usually book flights with other airlines. I did not know what to expect; I was impressed by the airline's service from the counter at LAX, the crew assigned to my flight, the pilot, and the accommodations. The food was great, the snacks were delicious, and the best part was that the premium seat was comfortable, the flight was on time, I was a happy traveler

Definitely one of the best redemption for us to date! For cash equivalent to economy class or even less, we were able to fly business. This route we took with KLM is from MAD to LAX via AMS. Because of the biz tix we were able to gain access to the lounge at MAD as well as AMS. The aircraft itself felt newer and seat config was 1-2-1 with lay flat and I slept soundly after first meal service for at least half of the flight, not too much turbulence coming home.
Dutch hospitality was wonderful - a couple FA introduced themselves and chatted with us and they were cheering along with a few Dutch passengers mid flight when their futbol team scored against Argentina, it was fun to be in the midst of their excitement! We had about half hour delay to board but pilot made up by adding more fuel so we can arrive on time.
As a souvenir, we each get to pick a ceramic Dutch house to take home with us, I believe the are a little over a hundred designs to choose from so you'll be tempted to fly with KLM again to add to your collection

Bought a plane ticket from them online on their website but never actually received my ticket. Could not get ahold of anyone at customer support. Couldn’t resolve the issue over the phone or online. But KLM was very quick to dispute the chargeback I filed. Now I’m out almost a thousand bucks because I got scammed by KLM. Save your money and your sanity, use another airline.

Худшая авиакомпания в мире , отменили билет в из лас Вегаса в Амстердам , сами перенесли его на день раньше , а так как на день раньше я улететь не мог , остался без билета . На другие даты на сайте написали , что поменять нельзя а за отмену дали смехотворную компенсацию 179$ . Билет на другую дату мне теперь стоит в разы дороже . Просто мошеннические действия , иначе не назвать .

My opinion is only for the personal in LAX airport that works in the KLM/Air France counters for check in the luggage. Working in customer service industry, these people have 0 skills to talk to customers and have no interest in listening and argue back. I asked a simple question and I got an answer back as a robot and in a very rude way. I was only listen when they saw I was getting agitated as I felt mishandled with their attitude. I asked to check something and they not even made the effort to look at it. Than in the flight and company everything was good and they treated me like a paying customer with always a smile and going above their duties(flight from lax to AMS) that I already have rated them accordingly.

One of the worst Companies in the world.
Worst Customer Service.

Paid for two refundable tickets. When I had to request a refund they only refunded one ticket. It's now been 3 months and their customer service keeps telling me that there's nothing they can do. Just straight up stole my money.
